Order processing

Please allow 5 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 working days to let you know your order is on the way!

 

Shipping 

Orders are generally shipped within 7 working days using Royal Mail's First Class Signed for, which aims to deliver the next working day. Due to the different sizes of our items, we have variable shipping costs starting from £5.99. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time. 

 

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@huddleandgoodcollection.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
